Rae Green - Principal
Rae was born at Point Lookout and met her husband, Terry, on Cylinder Headland in 1969. Rae and her family moved permanently back to the island in 1989. Rae has been involved in real estate on Straddie for in excess of 17 years and has been the Principal of Ray White Nth Stradbroke Island for the past 10 years.
Peter Armstrong - Salesperson
Peter and his wife Ann have a very longstanding relationship with Nth Stradbroke Island with Ann having spent all of her life from childhood visiting the island regularly. Peter's real estate experience goes back to when he owned and operated Raine and Horne on Nth Stradbroke between 1988 and 1994. Peter then retired but found that he missed real estate and has been an integral part of the team at Ray White for almost 10 years.
Dale McDonald - Salesperson
Dale and his wife Honey, who was born and bred on Straddie, have raised their family entirely on the Island. Dale is a Geologist who spent many years with the sandmining company on the island but moved into real estate in 2002. Dale joined the Ray White team in 2003 and has become an important member of the team.
Unlike most real estate offices Peter Armstrong and Dale McDonald work as a team sharing all listings and sales. This makes for a very harmonious office aimed at bringing results. Many of our vendors and purchasers have become lifelong friends and acquaintances.
