Rae Green - Principal
Rae was born at Point Lookout and met her husband, Terry, on Cylinder Headland in 1969. Rae and her family moved permanently back to the island in 1989. Rae has been involved in real estate on Straddie for in excess of 17 years and has been the Principal of Ray White Nth Stradbroke Island for the past 10 years.
Alan Carter - Sales Consultant
Alan & his wife Susan have lived permanently on the Island for nearly 12 years after having spent many holidays at Point Lookout from the mid ‘70s. They have three adult children who visit them regularly and who also love the Island. With university degrees in economics and commerce, Alan comes from a banking background having been with the Reserve Bank of Australia for many years before entering the merchant banking arena primarily in foreign exchange. Alan feels that in living on the Island, he has the best of both worlds – close to a major capital city whilst enjoying the lifestyle that North Stradbroke Island has to offer.
